[tech] IPSec VPN fixed

Hi all,

[LIZ] and I went spelunking in the strongSwan VPN config and discovered 
that
all that needed changing to get it working was the IP address.
ipsec.ucc.asn.au now points to 130.95.13.23 and I've verified it works 
using
strongSwan client on my phone.

In case If you'd like to VPN to UCC (and have network access the same as 
you
do from the clubroom), you can follow the instructions over at
