[tech] Email Handling Via UWA IronPort Service

Hi Steve,

Just confirming that I spoke with you about this on behalf of UCC yesterday.

We agreed that UCC would work with with Uni IT to migrate away from the 
IronPorts in line with your timeline of [at most a few] months.

We are currently beginning discussions with other parts of Uni IT to 
make larger-scale network changes at UCC. If timing permits, a system 
for email delivery will be achieved as part of this work. Otherwise, we 
will arrange an alternative method to adhere to the proposed timeline.
