[tech] Apologies for tech meeting

Hi all,

Unfortunately I have to give my apologies for the tech meeting due to
conflicting meeting commitments.

The main thing we need to get done is upgrading or decommissioning the last
3 Debian 9 machines, as it has now gone completely out of support. Mooneye
is nearly ready to decommission (DNS is the last remaining service), but
Merlo and Salmon (the wifi controller container) will need
upgrading/rebuilding.
