[tech] Tech/Wheel Intro event

Hi Committee Types (and associated groupies),

Discussed at the last wheel meeting (and alluded to by Nick on Discord), we want to try and get more people involved with sprocket and winadmin sooner (and hopefully later onto wheel).   To achieve the purpose, we thought that organising some form of meet and greet event would be a reasonable aim.

Title of the event still to be decided, but something like:
    Promo: "Ever seen this: [UAC prompt]? Would you like to fix it?"

To that end, would it be possible for committee to suggest a suitable date and time for this to occur?
