Some quick notes on fixes done to radius (on samson) and the wifi 
infrastructure (salmon and smallwing)

- Radius didn't have any configured "sites", and provided a very crypic 
error message. Added a symlink to `default` in `sites-enabled` to get 
the server working once more

- Salmon (the unifi controller container) was stopped, and refused to 
start (the config file had it locked for migration, but no sign of 
migration in progress?) Just edited the file and it booted right up.

- mudkip didn't have VLAN1 trunked to it, so the container wasn't able 
to talk to the AP (it expects a direct connection, or just someone put 
it on VLAN1 for some reason).


Current state: Wifi and VPN are now working.
