[tech] Projector Fault

Hi all,

When I went to use it for my tech talk last week, our main projector 
failed to turn on. Thankfully we have a spare.

Yesterday, after the committee meeting, [MVP] and I had a chance to pull 
it down and take a look. When the physical power switch is turned on, 
the red light turns on to indicate standby, however it is completely 
non-responsive to the power button or any other button on top.

That doesn't line up with what the manual says would happen in the case 
of a bulb failure, and I'm not sure what else we can do to troubleshoot it.

Any advice or help is appreciated.
