Hi James, 

Which docs are you referring to that you updated?

I can see /home/other/committee/docs/HandoverTODO.txt as well as 
https://wiki.ucc.asn.au/HowToCommittee#Handover but neither of these have 
a reference to newaliases. Is there a third place I'm missing? Perhaps we 
could combine the three docs into a single doc with reference links so we 
don't have to maintain three docs.
