Would appreciate whatever you're able to do in terms of software archives and ultimately hardware but there is no urgency - I am supposed to be working on my Masters thesis.
Demonstrating a working X-terminal would make a nice exhibit at an LCA or similar.
Emulating a CT300 would at some point require tracking down a physical machine and dumping the onboard firmware.
You can see the that some small progress is being made with emulating one of their much earlier models, the Labtam 3000, but progress is hampered by a lack of deep technical documentation.

I'm not formally involved but am doing a bit of desk research to see what I can scare up.
