[tech] Cichlid graphics broken

I've removed the graphics card from Cichlid, it appears to be 
disconnecting at random times (falling back to the onboard graphics 
card).

It boots well with just the integrated graphics, but probably won't play 
anything more intensive than Hearthstone.

The old (possibly faulty) graphics card is in the machine room (ontop of 
the yoke/wheel). It might be broken, or it might be an issue with the 
PICe port on Cichlid (or something completely different).
