[tech] More mooneye entropy reduction ...

Hi folks

Took a quick look at what apart from DNS (resolver and authoritative), mail and mailman is still running on mooneye. The list is as follows.

* flame

* chrony (for NTP?)

* finger

* BOFH excuse server


Flame is probably the only one of those that needs some great thought about where it goes. Thoughts?
