[tech] Webcam Malfunction

Hi all,

It's been pointed out to me recently that two of the webcams 
(Machine_Room_SE and Clubroom_SW) have not been updating for several days.

Machine_Room_SE was displaying a red light and began working once the 
connection to power and data was re-seated. Clubroom_SW has no light 
displayed, likely signifying hardware failure in it or its power supply. 
I have not yet narrowed the malfunction down further.
