[tech] Extra devices network for IoT

Hi all,

On discord/IRC today, I proposed adding an extra wireless network for IoT
devices, ideally WPA2 PSK.

Consensus seems to be: set up an IoT/webcams/"devices" VLAN or set it up on
the Unifi access point in the clubroom (or both).

As Nick said: "There will be a couple of extra steps - creating a new
subnet and VLAN on murasoi, with DHCP but no default route, or maybe just a
firewall."

Also apparently the Unifi point is broken right now, Dylan said he might
work on it. Might have something to do with relying on "a specific version
of MongoDB".

Thoughts/ideas/comments/concerns?
