[tech] Christmas/Catfish: Installation of new SSDs, reinstall of windows

Hello tech@,

Just letting you know that I installed the two new 1TB M.2 SSDs committee
purchased into Christmas and Catfish as system disks, re-installing windows
as a result.

I've set up partitions as follows for both, feel free to suggest
adjustments:
SSD: ~500GB system partition, ~500GB games/other partition
HDD: ~1TB games partition

The old 500GB SSD for Christmas has been placed in the machine room, not
formatted.

I've followed https://wiki.ucc.asn.au/StandardOperatingEnvironment
<https://wiki.ucc.asn.au/StandardOperatingEnvironment#Windows_10>,
specifically everything under the windows 7 section and the
chocolatey/regedit in the windows 10 section. A few things in chocolately
failed to install, but they should be able to be installed manually as
required.

Please let me know if any issues occur.
