[tech] Clownfish Reinstallation

Hi tech,

On Friday, I reinstalled the Linux Mint installation on Clownfish. It is 
now the latest version (19.1), up from 17.3 which was now out of 
support, and is installed on the new NVMe drive.

I followed the SOE installation 
(https://wiki.ucc.asn.au/StandardOperatingEnvironment#Linux_Desktops) 
for everything except I believe I forgot to set up the printer. If 
someone could take care of that it would be appreciated.
