[tech] Possible dead clubroom network port & SW webcam

Never mind, the webcam is still misbehaving. At least it's working some 
of the time. (about one frame every 3-4 hours, it seems)

What I will try next is to shorten the cable to the webcam and put the 
switch in the corner by Corvo instead - that *might* just fix it.
