[tech] mussel / filled up

I did an apt-get clean which freed up ~500MB of space.

Looks like logrotate isn't working for apache? Could also tune2fs -m1 
/dev/vda1. Maybe delete the postgresql 9.4 dbs assuming they've been 
upgraded to 9.6 ok (which is the default version).
