It looks like this got fixed by rebooting molmol. Unfortunately this seems
to be a problem that only manifests itself after a certain amount of
uptime.
We're not having a lot of luck tracking down the various wedging problems
that occur, unfortunately. I am tempted to build another kernel which has
the debugger and extra checks built-in.
In the meantime, if it happens again, before running reboot, could
whichever Wheel member is handy at the time run `/root/wedge-info`? This
is a script that captures the output of the following; [AHC] might be
able to comment on other useful commands.
ps axuwB
procstat -kk -a
zfs-stats -a
vmstat
vmstat -z
netstat -s
