[tech] Purchase of Peripherals for UCC Desktop Machines 2016-07-17

My opinion on hard disks is that it would be better to pay more for the
7200rpm WD.
I feel that the SSHD is mostly a gimmick.

If current screens are being [ab]used to the point of serious burn-in then
I say the cheapest 1080p screen for practicality reasons.
