[tech] Critical Electrical Works

A bunch of poster/papers have been posted around Cameron Hall
regarding 'Critical Electrical Works' from Friday the 24th to Sunday
the 16th.

This also dictates that for these works, All Clubs and Tenants shut
down and unplug all appliances from wall sockets.
