[tech] IPv6 Outage

Hey Wheel/Tech@,

IPv6 Will be temporarily disabled for UCC's IP range by Information 
Services while they update UWA's network to roll out IPv6 to more 
locations.

IPv6 will be disabled on the 22nd of June for approximately 6 weeks. If 
this will affect anything that you use at UCC, please start looking for 
alternative configurations now.

This means that anything that uses ipv6 (ie. email at ipv6.ucc.asn.au) will 
be unavailable.
