[tech] IP Cameras

I have been in touch with Kogan about the incompatible and dead IP 
cameras. they have said they will open a ticket wrt the dead one, and will 
follow up on replacing all three for us.

I suggest one of the following cameras (all checked for compatibility with 
zoneminder) (listed from worst to best):
