If users can't login, try this: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-the-user-profile-service-failed-the-logon-user-profile-cannot-be-loaded
Thanks Zanchey

Subject: [tech] Windows Machines
I'm making some changes to the windows Desktops and Maaxen to try and improve QoS.
Firstly, I'm updating a group policy setting so that inactive profiles are not stored on the machine. Yes this will mean a longer time to login to the machines, but it will also mean that one persons 30GB profile will not cause everyone else to be logged in with temporary profiles.'Computer Config/Administrative Templates/Users/Delete User Profiles Older than...' 7 days
This above change may or may not break people profiles that are several GB large, but I'll look into this. (I tried with a 10GB file in my Profile and it seemed to work)
The Shutdown Button has been changed to default to Log Off instead. Just to make things nicer/easier.'User Config/Administrative Templates/Start Menu And Task Bar/Change Start menu power button' Log Off
There is also a setting to disable logins with temporary profiles that I am half tempted to enable, but I will not. If I was to, I would also set the machine to delete profiles on logoff.Currently catfish is testing the disable temporary profiles.
Catfish is using Grub to boot. I have made it so it defaults to loading Windows 7 instead of Linux mint on boot.
In somewhat related new, [JVB] is having issues logging in. And I can't figure out why.
