[tech] DKIM Mail

Good evening tech@

You are now my guinnea pigs. If you are reading this, it means that I have 
not broken mail in a horrific fashion. I turned DKIM back on on our mail 
server (it's been off for four years). At least, I think I did, but 
frankly I can't be sure because I'm not seeing any evidence of it in email 
headers. But there's stuff in the logs that implies it's doing *something* 
so I just don't know any more. At this point I'll just be happy if normal 
email works at all.
