[tech] Machine room aircon

I've cleaned out the machine room aircon filter after I noticed the 
machine room was still sitting on 26 degrees on the coldest fricking day
ever. 

I'm just sending this email as a heads up that it's not as easy to 
tell when this filter is full - it's pretty fine and you need to take it 
out and hold it up to a light to see if it's blocked. I think somebody 
checked it the other day and declared it "good". The best way to clean it 
is under running water from the sink upstairs.
