[tech] Coke Machine Semi-Broken

In an event that can only happen in the week leading up to Oday, the coke 
machine is semi-broken. I say semi-broken because it still *technically* 
works, but it's not at all healthy. Two of the three internal fans have 
died, artly due to a design fault on my part and partly because they're 
computer case fans and weren't designed to be inside a cold wet 
environment. We also spotted some rubbing wires while we had the machine 
apart, so that needs to be repaired before it causes issues.

So, in the next week or two:

-- Keep an eye on the coke machine. If drinks are coming out not-very-cold 
then the last fan may have died. Check it by opening the door and looking 
behind where we keep the spare cans. If the last fan has died TURN OFF 
THE MACHINE IMMEDIATELY.

-- Tell me or tpg if you notice any issues with it

-- I will be working on a nice little plate to stop the fans rubbing 
against the mount they're on, and buying some new fans...and stuff.
