[tech] Where stuff ended up

Hi all,
Data is all over the place. Partly because you can't re-export NFS mounts,
and partly because nortel (the FAS2020 controller) isn't yet set up with
acl support (which is required for user home dirs).
/services is now on nortel (the FAS). NFS exports have been set up for all
hosts that previously had it, except martello since it's being retired.
Fun fact: the time on nortel needs to match the time on motsugo, otherwise
the webcam archive scripts don't work.
/away is on the SAN in the same LUN as the backups. Putting it on nortel
would have meant changing the setup of both samba and every clubroom
machine, which is something I wasn't keen on doing at short notice.
/mp3s are still on the SAN, but they're now mounted and exported as /mp3s
from mylah (instead of /space/mp3s). This is because you can't export
something from within an nfs mounted directory, even if that something is
actually a block device.
Backups are still on the SAN, but they're paused until everything is
recovered.
