[tech] Screen broken

Hi all,

One of our 21.5" Samsung screens has kicked the bucket (the one on 
combtail). It turns on for a short time and then immediately turns off, 
which suggests a faulty power supply. I think it's still under warranty, 
so can we hold off pulling it apart or throwing it out until qrqd has had 
a chance to look at the receipts.
