[tech] New switches

Hi everyone,

Thanks to some awesome dealing by Frenchie, we now have two (well one,  
other one is on its way) new Cisco 2948G-GE-TX switches.

They will be called Coconut and Palm.

The first (Coconut) has been configured as a near exact replica of  
Lorenzo (I think) -it still needs a bit of work, but I hope to have it  
in production tomorrow afternoon.

When Palm comes down from Arts some time in the next couple of weeks,  
the plan is to drop that in the left hand rack.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program and quiz night  
announcements.
