[tech] New Cameras in UCC

Hi All.

As some of you are aware there has been 4 new cameras installed in  
UCC, These are looking over the loft, Into UCC, In the Hall and one  
thats broken hanging out of the front of the MR (There is a fifth but  
it isnt plugged in due to the ccd being dead)

In time these will be made publicly accessible (At the moment Nick B  
has unplugged them so no development is taking place) Originally we  
had a link to camwhore.ucc.asn.au but due to security issues (Might  
aswell gave root access) this was locked down.

For the time being they are being tested to ensure they work on a  
stable system and don't crash, There has been some issues with the  
cameras stop working but this is being worked on.

Eventually the plan is to have these cameras accessible via webcam.ucc  
or maybe an alternate link like stream.ucc as they provide a full  
30FPS Framerate and can be setup to record (They dont record at the  
moment due to hard drive space issues, This is on track to being  
resolved)

Does anyone see an issue with this happening, YES for the mean time  
these cameras are not going to be publicly viewable, This WILL change  
once the system is working.
