As advised below - our Resnet connection will be out for about an hour, 
which will affect incoming SSH to ssh.ucc.asn.au (use ssh-old.ucc.asn.au 
if you need to, it's charged against your coke account).

It will also delay incoming mail and prevent outbound access to many 
internet sites. If you need internet access, use your UWA proxy/SNAP 
access, or the UCC Socks proxy might work still.

Firewall changeover for the Residential Colleges Network to improve
network stability.

TIME:
11:00-12:15 (11:00am-12:15pm)

AREAS/SERVICES AFFECTED:
Those connected to this firewall should expect some dropouts in
connectivity for the duration of the outage.  These include:
    * Currie Hall
    * St Catherine's College
    * St George's College
    * St Thomas More College
    * Trinity
    * University Computer Club

Other services and units should not be affected.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Please pass this information to anyone in your area who might be
affected.


Successful completion will be assumed and no further notices will be
posted unless the change was unsuccessful and further action needs to be
taken.
