It should be pointed out that these machines have had Compiz installed.
For those of you who don't follow the ricer X server community, Compiz is
the package that provides effects niftier than those released with Windows
Vista, like wobbly windows and the 'cube' virtual desktop.
If you're running GNOME (default for UCC these days) or KDE, open a
terminal and run:
(compiz --replace &)
(with the parantheses).
Now move some windows around. Hold down Ctrl + Alt and left mouse button,
and drag the cursor around. Cool, neh?
