These acronyms have been an IEC standard for 6 years now and are
supported by the IEEE. Get with the times and castrate yourself instead!

By supporting the (incorrect) use of the metric prefixes you're just
playing right into your HDD marketdroids' hands who can continue to
"pretend" their devices are larger than they are.
