I've just set up gallery from sourceforge for myself.  works quite well and 
could be enlarged to handle all UCC users (by request) if wanted.  The 
question is whether we want to allow for the bandwidth costs of allowing 
our users to have their digi[mon] pictures viewed from outsided WAIX.  99% 
of my hits will be within WAIX, so don't worry about that.
