[tech] AP mode wireless on flying

Hi all

I've installed the HermesAP patches+firmware (see hunz.org) on flying, thus
allowing it to act in proper BSS master (AP) mode. This should be more stable
than ad-hoc, and allows portable users to select power-saving if they want
(though there is noticably increased latency). If you want to connect to
UCC's wireless, you'll need to select "managed" or "AP" mode (rather than
"ad-hoc" or "peer-to-peer"), the essid is still "ucc" (case sensitive).

If anyone has problems, mail me and I'll take a look.

Matt

(PS wheel people if things break and it needs reverting to ad-hoc, just
delete the hfwload line in /etc/network/interfaces)
