[tech] Dispense

Can whoever has the latest source tree for dispense give me an email :)

I mean, I know the license doesn't let you have one, but I also know the
Mb rate has changed in the last three years...

I want to fix a couple of bugs (one root hole, and one free drinks problem,
if the second is fixable) this week if I can, since I'm in Perth.  And if
I'm feeling nice I might even change the license to GPL ;-)
