[tech] cod has galeon 0.10.6 and mozilla 0.9

Random software note - I put mozilla and galeon onto cod. Mozilla 0.9
shows signs of size optimisation - IIRC, galeon starts with a 17MB or
so footprint, down from 48MB last time I checked (That wasn't all real
memory consumption, of course, mmap's and so on. Anyway, it's running
fine on my 32MB machine).

There also seems to be a rash of people trying KDE - I reckon I should
swim against the flow and become an XFCE advocate.  <grin>
