Yes... It happens on the other lists too. Don't know how or why, I'm
afraid.

Quite possibly, but as it doesn't happen every time, I imagine it's some
combination of factors.

Yeah - there is a message to webmasters, but the simple answer is that
it isn't archived (properly?) yet. This should be easy enough to fix,
but no-one's looked at it yet.
