First meeting.

Attending:
Emerald UNIGAMES), Grace (UCC), Jean UNISFA), Liam (UWA PANTO).

Apologies:
Harry (UNISFA), Kyle (UNIGAMES), Winslade (UCC).

Late:
Bird (UCC)

Agenda:
1. Is quiznight viable?
 - Establish how many people we are alloweed by the Tav.
 -  Will it be profitable?

2. If we cannot run this event, secondary quiz night. 

Meeting opened at 6:00pm.



- Estimate the costs of food for event.
 - In order to set ticket prices.

Discussion of light/dark committee:

Emerald, Grace and Liam would all like to volunteer for dark committee.

Priotities of subcommittee:
- Determine if quiz is viable.
- Potentially hold onto dates.

Feeling out dates, 22 October, 15 October, 8 October, 1 October (Study break). 

We need an EMP quickly.
- Can we get old EMPs / RMP? And reuse those?

Special Event Grant?

Tav hire is probably $500 or $1500 minimum spend.
- Depending on the capacity.

Chain of events that need to happen.
- Determine viability of quiz.
- Book a date.
- Budget for Quiz
  - food, venue hire.
- Do EMP
- Design tickets.
- Sell tickets.
- 

Goals for next week:
- Have everything we need to know about the TAV.
 - Know event conditions
 - Cost, people allowed, cancelation policy.
 - Ask TAV about catering.

- Brainstorm themes over the week.

LIAM: Contact the TAV regarding the potential for a quiz night.

EMERALD: Obtain last year's financial records and minutes
