[committee] Special General Meeting

Given Sam's resignation from committee (which officially does not take 
effect until two weeks from now) I propose that we hold a Special General 
Meeting on Tuesday the 29th of May during common lunch (1PM) to elect a 
new secretary.

According to the constitution, written agreement from of at least 4 
committee members is required to hold the meeting, so could I please get 
replies from the committee regarding this soon.
