[committee] Request to use loft -- Tue 8 May

Hi Alastair,

Firstly, I apologise for not responding to this email. It didn't click 
that the date was so close; this is no excuse.

The UCC committee would be more than happy for PLUG to run events in the 
loft. Whilst it is obviously too late for the 8th of May, the other two 
dates suggested in our agenda (22nd May, 24th July) are fine by us.

If those dates are alright, please let us know, and we can book the loft 
for you. We can also advertise the events to our members.

Again, sorry for the delayed response.
