Hi, Glenn!

If by "the form" - you mean you'd like to rejoin, I'm sure we can
re-enable the account. You did a bank transfer in 2010 and renewed for
both you and sophie. I don't think you renewed for 2011, which means
you still have plenty left for a membership or two:
